Product DescriptionMainly used for mixing machining of all kinds of carbonated drinks, it also can be used for mixing machining of pulpiness drinks, and ferment drinks. With the function of GOB system, after vacuum oxygen degassing,, sterilized water with CO2 and sugar one-shot synthesis according to the customer's demand proportion.
The dispensing system is needed in the production of aerated beverages and juice beverages. Contains hot melt syrup, homogenization, degassing and other processes to process raw materials so that drinks can be delivered to fillers.
The introduction of the equipment:The machine has introduce into external cooling mixer from Japanese MITSUBISHI company, with international advanced level of late 1990s, main characteristic is imported 304 stainless steel jointing, polish roughness up to standard 0.4, CIP rinsing automatic control, sanitary conditions reliable and up to standard, the machine with high automation, no need for operator action after startup.

1 Installation and commissioning
After the equipments arrived buyer's workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment according to the supplied layout; the seller will send the experienced technician to guide the installation and debugging and trail production, and fulfil the designed capability within the designed time.
2 Training
Our company will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure and maintenance, control and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will grasp relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust the technologies more skilled, and can deal with all kinds of malfunction in time.
